I think I have a flu at 14weeks

I am not sure if this because of a very hot weather but I do not have fever. I had phlegm in my throat and now, I have a runny nose and I am starting to cough a bit. My OB advised me to take cetirizine. My question is, should i be worried?#firstbaby #advicepls #firsttimemom #1stimemom
