Promil ideal

Assalamu'alaikum bundaa.. Tips promil dong bun. Udah nyoba folafit, ever e sama mnum susu SGM bunda. Juga Ud 2x TP negatif mulu, padahal ud telat 2hari jd iseng² TP malah negatif? ud pgen bgt soalnyaa?? Tapi ngerasa pusing, mual, payudara ngrasa sakit. Bingung kadang, jg down kalo hbs TP trus negatif? Bagi² tips.a yaa moms??
