Pup baby keras

Bunda2 mau tanya dong, gimana caranya biar pup bayi gk keras ya? Anak sya 7bln. Tapi setiap pup selalu ngeden sampe keluar keringetnya punya sedikit tp keras. Terus ngaruh ngga si susah pup jdi anak susah makan juga. semoga para bunda bisa bantu. Terimakasih sebelumnya

    dikasih pure buah naga bun sesekali supaya babnya lancar.. dan memang kalo sembelit mmpengaruhi makannya juga
