Penebalan dinding rahim

Bun, ada yang ngalamin sama? Aku siklus tratur 29-31 ,sdg ikut promil. Skrg sudah hari ke 46, tpi belum haid juga, seminggu yg lalu usg katanya sdg penebalan dinding rahim dan ada kista lutein. Sebelum2nya tiap usg bersih. Coba Tp kmaren negatif. Kira2 kenapa ya? Adakah peluang saya positif hamil skrg? Atau mmg gangguan hormon?
