Puasa masa pregnant

nanti puasa saya dah 23w tapi takut nak puasa. sbb skrang kalau lambat makan baby mcm kurang gerak. ke baby tido eh? mommy ada pengalaman puasa masa pregnant tak?

    Jgn prnh fikir yg baby tido.. Bila baby kurang gerak cuba utk baring mengiring sebelah kiri dan tepuk2 sikit perut dlm masa 2 jam.. Kalau tak rasa gerakan jugak bukak je puasa.. Jgn paksa diri
