Sering pusing

Hai bunda mau tanya apakan bunda2 jugamerasakan sering pusing. Setelah punya baby semenjak ank ku.lahir aku sering migrain. Sakit kepala ,apalagi katanya ank sudah mulai mengamut tangan rambut ubu mulai rontok ,itu aku saja apa. Bunda2 juga mersakannya ,

    mitos ngemut tangan = rambut rontok kurang tidur gak? itu juga pemicu sakit kepala cek tensi sama kadar Hb
