Any tip pano mapababa ang fasting blood sugar?

FTM here and going 31 weeks. OGTT result came back and I have now gestational diabetes. Doing portion control, eating lots of vegetables and nag red rice narn ako. Inalis ko ang sweets and I don’t drink anything aside from water pero hirap parn ako mapababa ang FBS ko. The goal is only 95 but mine will always range from 105-115. Please help and advise ano mga specific ginawa nyo para mapababa ang FBS nyo? Thank you!
