ingin tmbah berat badan

Salam..hi mommy Bleh bg advice or any suggestion utk bantu sy tmbah berat badan sy & baby..mknan ape or supplement ape yg paling sesuai.now sy 33wks..sy ada 3weeks lg utk czer..sebab mslh kesihatan doc dh plan awal utk czer [email protected] this 29.10 ni.the problem is berat badan sy just 55kg n my baby br 2.2kg. Sy ada masa lbh kurang 3mggu utk tmbh berat both of us..kalu ada ape info yg bleh membantu tlg bgtau yer..or ada mommy yg dh ada pengalaman sama mcm sy. Plz share your experience..tq
