How To Naturally Induce Labor???

Hi Mommies, just wanna know your advice kung ano pwede ko gawin to induce labor? I'm on my 40 weeks, and my EDD based on ultrasound is on Oct. 3 and yet I don't feel any sign of labor. I'm already drinking pineapple juice and doing some walking in the morning. Any more suggestion please..? I don't wanna undergo CS iin case. Please help me. Thank you in advance.
