After birth? Natural or c sect? If you are natural birth - after 2/3months , once your bleeding stops , after post natal check n everything is good. Also depends on your body. If you wish more time to recover then add another 1month . C sect best is after 6months , depends on wounds area Best is Consult your gynae first.
