Is it ok to eat spicy chips at 23 weeks &’ 3 days pregnant?

I am 23 weeks & 3 days pregnant and I have been craving spicy chips lately is it bad for babies ?

Yes you can eat. Cravings are fine cos it’s once awhile. In Moderation. Just drink plenty of water If you are feeling uncomfortable or feel like vomiting after eating spicy chips, then avoid.
