old blood discharge

Hello eveyone!I am so worried right now my obygyn prescribe me to take aspirine coz I have a several high risk the reason is to prevent pre eclampsia.I am 16 weeks pregnant now and I had noticed after i pee I had a black blood discharge looks like old blood.is it normal?i am so worried right now.
