I am aiming for a minimalist lifestyle, I've read articles about this but I also want to know more and would love to hear personal experiences on how did you start, how are you maintaining it and if you are really loving this change. :)
I am planning to train my family to eat healthy. As of the moment I think I will be able to do it successfully with my 1 year old daughter since I know its easier to start at young age. But how about my husband, my 10 year old daughter and myself? Yes you read it right, I am included in this training. :) Any tips please. :)
