Santai jangan banyak pikiran yg bikin stress... Makan makanan yg bergizi dan berkuah sayur bening ..sayur daun katuk dll bund

Minum yg banyak terutama setelah menyusui, banyak makan terutama sayur hijau, perawatan payudara, istirahat cukup
