Ok lang ba inumin Obimin and calcimate habang nag titake ng ferrous sulfate folic acid?

sa health center lang ako wala akong O.b recommend ng sister ko yung obimin

sis wag mong isasabay sabay lalo na yung ferrous sulfate at calcimate kasi walang effect advice sa akin ng ob ko yan.
