Dapat po based on weight ni baby yung dosage na ibibigay

Hi ask ko lang po bakit watery at dilaw ang dumi ng baby girl ko. 7 months na sya. Galing na kami sa pedia niresetahan sya ng electrolytes at yung hinahalo sa gatas. Ask ko lang na experience nyo nadin ba yun ganito?
