Hi po! Currently 33 weeks pregnant po ako and nag sstart na mag ayos ng mga requirements (employed) like philhealth, sss, etc. Ngayon po di po ako mabigyan ni employer ko ng signed CSF kase below 6 months pa lang daw po contribution ko which is valid naman kase po 5 months pa lang po ako with the company but prior this employment, may previous work po ako and wala naman lapses sa contribution since oct last day ko sa dating work then by nov ako nag start sa new work (current company). Worried lang po ako kase baka di ko magamit yung philhealth dahil wala akong csf, hindi po ba enough yung mdr and coc para ma avail yun? Huhu send help po please. Thank youu.

hi sis sakin kase employed din ako hinanapan din ako coc mdr and csf pero naasikaso ko yon saktong naglelabor na ko . on the spot sinend sakin ng employer ko thru gmail . kulitin mo employer mo kase as per Phil heath Employed Members: At least three months of contributions within the six months before availment. pag di ka nila inasikaso magreklamo ka sa DOLE may karapatan ka dyan sayo yan e . benefits mo yan .
