Mamaway bamboo belly band or Wink shapewear

Which is more effective &better in terms of relief &convenience, the mamaway bamboo belly band or the wink shapewear? Got myself a mamaway bamboo belly band, but am still contemplating if wink was indeed way better and if I really should get one. Please share your thoughts and experiences. Thank you.

ive heard a lot of friends raving about wink. i didnt use one because i gave birth close to summer, and i felt super hot wearing the bands. i just used the one that the hospital gave.
