LOW ABDOMINAL. Ano po ba dapat gawin bukod sa recommended bed rest?

May same case po ba sakin dito na working mom and pregnant (32 weeks) with low abdominal findings? Sobrang natagtag daw po. Hindi maiwasan dahil araw araw lakad and commute ako to work. Ano po ba ginawa nyo para umangat angat konti, for CS po kase pag di napaangat.
