Hi all. Just inquiry to know. How to balance more the amniotic fluids?

I just did my last regular checkup today cz i am at almost 36weeks pregnancy. Everything is fine with the baby n all even tho i have diabetic during pregnancy. But right now is my amniotic fluids is not normal cz its less than normal. All they can tell me is to standby to be induce. I do not want to get induce. I dont know what else to do. So i have another week till next scanning before doc proceed with any decisions.
