makan dikit2 aja bun tiap jam, atau kalo gabisa masuk nasi bisa nyemil beli kuker gt, aku biasanya tiap bangun tidur udh mual bgtt tp suka kumakanin roti/kuker meski kdg muntah lg tp better lah agak kemasukan makanan dikit2
