Pwede ba pa Hilot - Ceasarian

Question lang po.. pwede ba magpahilot ang CS. 2 months na after CS po. Ang sakit kasi katawan ko parang ngalay mga braso at likod. ang bigat na din kasi ni baby. Salamat in advance

Normal po ba na watery ang poo poo after mo ma CS? nakakailang balik ako sa CR kumukulo ang tyan ko tas ma-poops ng watery??

May intake kaba na gamot mommy? Pang palambot ng poops? Kung meron it's normal po. Kasi yung sakin ganyan pero may gamot na binigay si OB para di ako mahirapang mag poops since iniiwasan magalaw or mapwersa ang tahi.

im 23 weeks pregnant at parang nakakaramdam ako ng may pagpitik sa puson ko..normal po ba ito? minsan din kapag mejo matagal napaupo mejo mabigat para ang puson at balakang #firstbaby #1stimemom

19 weeks pregnancy

I'm on my 19 week pregnancy (1st baby) and had spot bleeding. i'm sacred. My doctor advised me to have 7 days complete bedrest and drink Ixosilan for 7 days also 3 times a day. My baby is oki in good heart beat, rolling and playing in my tummy. My cervix was close upon checking the Doctor that good indication of low chance of miscarriage. But i don't know what to feel. I need to be relax but sometimes I feel really scared and worried for my baby.

Ganyan din po ako nung sa 1st and 2nd trimester halos lahat ng kinakain ko sinusuka ko. Since mahilig ako sa maaasim at maanghang advised ni ob itigil ko muna ang mga pagkain na ganun pati na din mga matatamis.
