Already read English at his age 2 yrs & 11 months, but diagnosed autistic level 2, is it possible?

He has speech delay but can read words like happy birthday, names of things, animals, numbers and names 1-100, though some words were hard to understand, knew how to read names of colors, fruits, can easily retain what he learned, matching games are easy for him, moror skills were like 5-6 yrs old, he can climb high ladders of slides, but couldn't tell what he wants, just pointing at it, can't tell when he needs potty, picky eaters and has tantrums too.
