bukaan dh 5 ari cuma 4cm jee..ada x petua nk cpt bukaan dh lma kat wad ni x sbar tggu bby kuar..

Sorry tanya , selama 5 hari tu ada contraction ke ? Masa saya nak bersalin kakak saya cakap bila sakit tu dtg try je teran sikit sikit biar bukaan cepat . Tak tahu lah berkesan ke tak sebab tak lama lepas tu saya tak tahan sangat dah sakit saya panggil nurse check bukaan dah 5cm lepas tu terus masuk LR
