kopi, teh, sama coklat mengandung kafein mom diperbolehkan selama hamil max 200mg/ hari setara 2 cangkir kecil kopi. boleh minum asal ga sering aja mom soalnya kafein bisa ngehambat penyerapan zat besi yg imbasnya hb jadi rendah
