Posisi tidur trimester 1

Usia kandungan aku udh 8 mingguan, dan lagi harus bedrest.. biasanya sblm hamil aku tidurnya terlentang, jarang hadap kiri. Boleh ga ya? Soalnya ada yg bilang trimester 1 masih bebas posisi tidur nya, tp masih ragu2

    kalo masih trimester 1 mau posisi gmna juga gak ppa bun mau terlentang mau tengkurep juga senyaman nya aja.
