Medela Freestyle Flex

Hi mummies, anyone tried the Medela Freestyle Flex? How does it hold up compared to the Freestyle and Spectra S1? I need a pump thars efficient but quiet. Thank you!

Haven’t tried medela freestyle flex. I have a spectra s1+ and medela freestyle. Definitely prefer spectra s1+. Can clear my boobs better. SuperMom is only selling it at $295 now.

Can still drink. Just limit your consumption once or twice per week at most. Opt for lower sugar level.
