Does obimin plus have iron?

Question lang po and gusto ko lang maka sure, meron na po ba iron yung obimin? Kase niresetahan ako ng OB ko ng iron but sabi nya if meron na daw iron yung obimin ok na daw yun.

How to improve concentration during first trim?

Hi mga mommies! Pasagot naman po if na experience nyo na, problem ko kase law student ako ngayon tapos first baby ko ang pinagbubuntis ko ngayon, nasestress ako kase nabagsak ako sa midterms ko kase nung nalaman kong buntis ako, all I do is sleep, nawala yung disiplina ko sa sarili tapos hirap ko pa makaalala. Ano po ginagawa nyo pag ganito? Sana po may sumagot 🥹
