PD nyeri saat memberi ASI

Assalamualaikum bunda.. aku mau nanya apa bunda2 disni ada yg ngalami nyeri sewkt ngenenenin baby nya. Usia bayiku skrg sdh 11M. Akhir2 ini setiap nenen PD sy terasa nyeri, tapi cuma sebelah. Ada solusinya gak bund... makasih seblmnya ??
