Cara makan zencofer yang betul.

Hi semua. Nak tanya apa cara consume zencofer yg betul ya... makan pukul berapa... saya 21 weeks and last haritu hb 10.6. Masalahnya saya pun caffeine addict susah sgt nak refrain diri dari minum kopi and teh ???

Sy mkn iberet.. Mkn zincfer rsa mual nk muntah...

Walking during pregnancy.

I looooove walking and strolling at the park every evening. Does walking so much got bad effect on baby? I also use the stairs quite frequently... Btw im 21 weeks and 5 days now.

Should be no problem as long the doctor said okay. When I was pregnant with my 1st born, my house was on the 4th floor, and my place in office was 3rd floor. And we go to the mall everyday after work. Hehehhe.

Pregnant 7 minggu tapi tak lalu makan

Hye mummies. Saya first time pregnant, and now mmg tak lalu makan langsung, sbb tak lalu makan nasik, rasa nak termuntah tengok lauk-lauk. So any tips pemakanan tak untuk baby ni? Risaulah
