Anak usia 13 bulan apakah normal blm bsa jalan...?

Anak saya belum bisa jalan berdiri sendiripun juga blm bisa...?padahal usianya sudah 13 bulan... Bagaimana yah caranya agar anak saya segera bisa jalan...? Apakah ini hal yang wajar bagi setiap anak...?
