Safe po ba ito gamitin mga momshie sa preggy? May camphor content po kasi ito & na google ko na NO-NO sa preggies and babies ang camphor?

Milk for Preggies

Hello mga momsh. Sino po dito hindi umiinom ng milk for preggies like enfamama, anmum, etc? Nag bbearbrand lang kasi ako ngayon, on my 1st tri check up, i asked my OB about it. She said okay lang daw if hindi na uminom as long as may vitamins naman daw ako and nag bbearbrand din naman ako. Enough na daw yun. Kayo momsh? Mas maigi po bang uminom nalang ako ng enfamama or milk for preggies? I'm on my 20th week na po ? FTM.

Maglaba without washing machine

Mommies & mommies to be. I'm on my 17th week now. Nag wworry ako if i overwork ba. Minsan naglalaba kasi ako ng mga uniform ko and then I mop after since the floor gets really wet after ko maglaba. Okay lang naman po diba? Natatakot ako na baka may mangyari kasi sa baby :( Can this be considered exercise? Or too early pa for me mag exercise? Kaya minsan gusto ko mag maintain ng isoxilan/pampakapit. Huhu. 1st baby in 3 years, kaya paranoid ako hehehe
