How can I handle the tantrums of a preschooler?

Every time he was angry he always has this over acting reaction.

ask him/her if he wants u to get mad or to get sad or to feel bad.. sometimes po kasi mentras inaamo lalo umaarte, kya hayaan lng po mapapagod dn yan kusa ttigil. pg gnun ska mo po lapitan and say iloveyou, bati na tayo.
