Badan Tak Selesa

Hai semua. Nak tanye. Sy pregnant 13 weeks. Is it normal kalau kita rasa badan kita tak selesa macam lenguh2 kaki tangan ke sampai susah nak tido? & bahaya tak ye kalau kita baring meniarap?
