Menses-Like Cramp

Hi mummies! I’m a FTM, currently at 35 weeks. I’m starting to have menses like cramp but slightly more intense - last about half an hour or so. The cramp comes and go. Is this normal?

It's very common. It can be Braxton Hicks contractions .they help prepare your body for delivery. But there are other serious causes of cramps during the third trimester. If you feel not normal .Please contact your doctor.
