Hi, I am 19 weeks pregnant. For the past few days I been experiencing hand pain( fingers, shoulder) back, neck and my legs. It’s hurting badly. Is it normal to have this kind of pain during this time. And it’s like muscle pain, frozen pain. Please someone help me what should I do for this pain?

it’s likely tendonitis, the best way is to rest your arm in neutral position and don’t bend too much. do let your gynae know too
