Sore Throat While Preggy

Hello! Anyone here who had sorethroat while pregnant? What did you do? Doctor just asked me to gargle bactidol and consume strepsils. As needed. Any advise?

    Ob ko mligamgam na water with asin. Tpos inum ng klamansi juice with honey maligmgam din. Inum madami tubig
