Heartburn during pregnancy

I'm experiencing heartburn these past few days (I'm currently in my 22 weeks). Anyone experiencing the same, and what can I do ease it?

Heartburn is common due to baby's growth and limited space. Mummies will then feel heartburn during pregnancy as weeks passes by. Eat in small portion, don't lie down after eating, seat upright, drink plainwater in between food in between eating, less of oily/spicy food, avoid food that can cause heartburn like caffeine.
