Kalau sering kram pada malam hari sampai susah tidur itu bahaya gk sih bun? Untuk mengatasinya gimna ya Bun??

    normal pada kehamilan bun...ga bahaya cuma ga nyaman di ibu. pengalaman sy sih pijit sama bidan yg biasa pijit bayi saya, sekali pijit udah enak bgt ga kram2 seminggu lebih...trus pijit ke2 ga dtg2 lagi kram nya
