Kehamilan dan flek

Ada yang pernah ngalamin ngga bun,saya telah 10 hari di tp positif tapi udah 2 hari kluar flek lalu usg ke bidan masih penebalan dinding rahim,tapi sekarang malah keluar darah kayak haid dan kram perut. Kira2 itu keguguran atau haid yah?
