Pregnancy sunrooms disappeared

I’m currently at the 8th week of my first pregnancy and all my symptoms have disappeared, i’m not sure if this is normal.. i’ve been having some back aches and a few days ago i had some really bad cramps that comes and goes which lasted for about 4-5 hours, i’m not sure of what i should do..

Don't worry, symptoms come and go. Mine disappeared totally for few days in 7+ week & I was too scared. Now they are back again. Am 8w4d today.
