Exercise For low Lying placenta Mom To Be?

I heard that mom with low lying placenta is not suitable to do exercise. But exercise still a need to help with delivery later isn't it? Any recommended exercise example?

Low lying placenta during 16th Week

Anyone has similar problem with low placenta? Could you share your experience how to deal with it for normal growth?
