    Untuk menambah HB cobaa Bunda makan ini Bun, Hati sapi atau hati ayam. Daging. Makanan laut, seperti ikan, udang, dan kerang. Sayuran hijau, seperti bayam, brokoli dan kale. Kacang-kacangan, seperti kacang hijau, kacang merah, dan kedelai. Sereal yang diperkaya dengan zat besi maupun folat. semoga bisa membantu yaa Bunda :)
