Bun mau tanya katanya si ga boleh sering2 minum air kelapa ... dan kalau mnum air klapa harus ud usia kandungan 8 bln ... apa benar bun ... ke pengen bgt mnum es kelapa tp worry bgt takut sm omongan orang tua duluu ...

    Sesekali gpp bun. Kalo kata dokter, usia kandungan di atas 6 bulan udah boleh minum air kelapa rutin kok
