7 months na po ang baby ko. Pwede ko na ba syang pakainin ng itlog o kaya chicken? Pano po ipeprepare? Thank you po sa sasagot ?

for the egg, better if ung egg yolk lng ang ipakain, since the egg white can cause an allergy for the baby... for the chicken, much better if mga 9months na cia, and make sure lutung luto and malambot to avoid choking...
