Saya pusing dan mual baru di Minggu 9 ini. Makan juga selalu kembali. Apa ya Bun solusinya???

Buat duduk dan berdiri pun juga pusing. Apalagi buat tiduran malah kayak tambah pusing. Gimana ya Bun apa ada yg sama?

    Untuk pusing coba posisi duduk sambil senderan di kasur, kaki di selonjorin, di rilex in bund. Kalo jenuh jalan2 dirumah gerakin, kepala tengok kanan kiri, sperti senam rigan/peregangan. Sering2 minum air putih hangat. Makan apa yg bunda mau, jgn makan cepat2, pelan2 aja. Kalo ga suka nasi kurangin. Perbanyak makan serat buah. Teknik makan ga boleh cepet/normal. Harus pelaaann aja kyk orang males gitu. yg penting masuk bund hehe. hindari stress, overthingking. Minta bantuan orang dirumah. Mindset diri bunda mampu menjalani ini semua karena nikmat hamil ga semua orang mengalami. Semangat
