Solusinya apa yah bund? TM2 selalu kebangun di jam 1 malem dan susah u/ tidur lgi smpe subuh

Udh mau 2 minggu ini tidur malam selalu kebangun di jam 1 malam dan setlah itu gak bisa tidur lagi. Ada solusi kan dari bunda2 dsini yg mengalami halnyg sama? Share dong
