Baiknya di TM 1 konsumsi susu hamil nggak ya bund?

Hallo bund lg bingung, baiknya konsumsi susu hamil atau cukup minum vitamin aja ya bund? Kalo lebih baik minum susu rekomendasinya yg bagus merk apa ya bund... Semoga segera dapat pencerahan dari bunda²semua

    kalo vitamin uda lengkap komposisinya, gak perlu susu lagi kok, makannya yg penting mesti cukup gizi dan porsi
