I have a ten month old and nilalagyan ko ang pangkain nia ng garlic, onions, pepper, cinnamon. Hindi ko lang alam if bad sa may skin conditions yan.

Pwede yan boiled/mashed potato, carrots, other veggies also konting meat (pork/beef) in pieces. Soup not containing those you mentioned pwede nmn. Always check the label ingredients din to make sure hnd matrigger ung allergy nya. Use your breastmilk pang mash ng food nya pwede rin.
