Did anyone here have still having a morning sickness when in a 2nd trimester already?

Hello dear, may I know it's normal to having a morning sickness in your 2nd trimester. When will this sickness go away and how do you cope with this problem. I'm having this problem and it make me scared to eat because after eating, i will throw up again and again together with automatically pee also. Help me please. This is my first pregnancy. Please share your opinion and thought. Thank you so much.
